Update

OK...so here's the deal...I honestly think my ex had a sixth sense that he should check in on Ru. He used my bday as an icebreaker to start the conversation. He didn't try to contact me again, and as Ru's dad, my guess is he might have just "felt" like he needed to see how she was. He knew she'd been on medication since January. So I honestly believe there was no intent to start a frienship and/or hurt me or stir up my emotions. I'm quite rational now and just thinking about it a bit more...mom's and dad's have sixth senses when it comes to kids...Ru was our child...so I'm OK with what happened the other night.
